Lease Space

We know finding a space to host your smaller class, workshop, meeting or event can be difficult.

We offer several options to secure one of our educational spaces, including one-time gatherings, meetings, events, or classes to be held on a regular basis, and we now lease permanent studio space under a secure lease agreement (availability limited).

We can provide tables and chairs for your group, as well as, small microphone set up, if needed. Owners will remain onsite for any needs you may have during your event.

We are conveniently located and offer off-street parking for up to eight cars. 

Lease agreement minimums for studio space begin at 90 days and can be extended up to one year. We can provide on-building signage for your business, commercial business liability and property insurance, and a secured, private, entrance when you secure your space under a lease agreement.
